We spent 2 weeks in Florida and had a great time. We visited 5 drag strips. Bradenton, St. Petersburg, Orlando (Speedworld & CFRC) and W. Palm Beach.

Sorry, we’re out of the office this weekend
Due to the bad weather conditions there was not much racing action. We were lucky we could put up our tents before the rain started on Thursday afternoon. Later the pit area turned into a large mud pool and for many teams it was a real challange to get their vehicles to the strip.
We were able to make 2 runs with the Fiero on Saturday. Somehow the rear tires lost their grip during both runs and we made a disappoining 11,5 sec best. However we were able to test our new solenoid shifter set up which was installed last week.
Sunday morning all racers gathered together on the strip for a tribute to the late John van Geytenbeek who lost his life during the 2010 Drachten Finals.
